I have just started attending Naama’s remedial Pilates class as I have problems with lower back pain due to sitting down most of the day at a computer. I have found the class to be beneficial already. What I like about it is, although it is a group class, Naama helps everyone individually with their particular issues. The class is tailored to every level of fitness and can help with all sorts of aches and pains. Everyone is friendly and supportive and as we use different props” each time the class is always interesting and very informative. I fully understand why my back ache and what can I do during my working day to help my spine. Naama covers so many topics that are useful for us all with many tips. I now much more aware of my posture and I try to correct it through the day.

I struggled with severe lower back pain as well as very pain fullneck and shoulder muscle spasm caused by my work. I have spent up to £200 a month to get some relief from the pain and lack of joint mobility-with deep tissue massage and Osteopathy.
I had only 3 lengthy 1 to 1 sessions with Naama and feel so much better. I am not in pain, I have gained so much more mobility and I feel that my body is not working against me. Naama is AMAZING. She listened carefully to my issues and analysed my work duties and then worked out a tailor-made plan of exercises, stretches and self massage.
Naama gave me a few tips from the moment I open my eyes in the morning, during my work day and after work. These small adjustments meant that I now finish a full day at work without suffering from constant muscles spasm and pain. Naama is extremely encouraging and supportive and I am now motivated to make a real difference to my core strength, spine mobility and joint mobility. Thank you Naama!
I suffered from back aches for the past 16 years and have gone through so many X-Rays, MRI, consultations, medications, injections and pain killers but nothing helped me. The last resort was operation which I tried to delay. I have had 4 sessions only with Naama and after the first session I realised what is wrong with my posture and how much pressure I put on my spine and how to correct it. Naama taught me how to self massage my achy back and make sure that I get rid of all muscle tension in my back and neck. I can safely say that I have had so far 8 weeks without back pain. I follow the instructions and homework Naama gave me and I cant believe that all these years of pain came to an end without operation. I am now back to training in the gym, cycling, running, swimming. Lost my excess weight and I am so happy.
Pilates was recommended to me by my physiotherapist to help strengthen my lower back, as I was suffering from back pain most days due. I finally decided to take his advice and join my mother-in law at her Pilates class. Straight away Naama made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Her classes are fun and the hour goes too quickly. I can honestly say that I’m really enjoying Pilates and it has most certainly has helped with strengthen my back.
I have been attending Pilates classes with Naama for the past 6 weeks and I can honestly say it is the best class I have ever attended, having been to a few others over the years. I decided to attend because I was suffering with severe neck problems and had been told that I need to strengthen my back (core) in order to support the neck more. I was fed up with being in constant pain and wanted to do something about it without the help of pain killers. She has helped me immensely and I feel a lot more strength in my core muscles already and I feel that my stomach is more toned – amazing after only 6 weeks!!! Naama is so helpful and attentive to each and every person in the class. She is aware of each individual’s problems and focuses on this when doing the exercises to ensure that it is helping the problem and not making it worse. In addition, she makes the classes interesting and enjoyable. I have been to some classes in the past and I couldn’t wait for the class to end as they were extremely repetitive and quite boring. No chance of that in Naama’s class, the session wizzes by and you come out feeling that you have had a really good work out and regenerated the body. I would attend every day if I could!!!
I have been attending Naama’s classes for some time now and really feel the benefit. There is no way I would be able to stretch my body or increase my core strength without her help. I think I would also really start to stiffen up in my joints. Although I am very tired at the end of each session I have a great feeling of achievement and thoroughly enjoy the exercises. Naama’s instructions are clear and she explains the reasons behind each exercise. She also allows for certain injuries, such as knees and hips and will suggest other ways of doing things to get the same result. I think she really understands how the body functions and allows for the limitations some of us have. I would encourage anyone to have a go, no matter what their age. Pilates really is beneficial.
